Eating kangaroo balls and ostrich ears in the I'm a Celeb jungle doesn't phase Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt - she's been busy prepping.
The 26-year-old County Durham lass has been chewing on rubbery scotch eggs to prepare her for the dreaded Bushtucker Trials.
"Eating testicles?" she said. "Ive been preparing for this by eating really chewy Scotch eggs and pretending they are Kangaroo balls.
"The eggs have some pooping in them and everyone says it pops so similar
And she's looking forward to trying all manner of other things during her stay in the jungle.
"I am scared of so many things but the one Bushtucker Trial I am looking forward to is the eating one," she said.
"I know I might be the only person who says this but I am really curious to see what the things taste like.
"If you get an Ostrich ear, I want to know what its like to eat it whole. What is the texture like?
Scarlett, who recently lost two stone, dropping from a size 16 to a size 10 in just 14 weeks as part of the training for her fitness DVD, will be dreaming of eating Ostrich ears when she's stuck on a restricted jungle diet.
The reality TV star, who admits her ideal celebrity campmate would be Great British Bake Off queen Mary Berry, will mostly eat rice and beans during her time on I'm a Celeb.
Mary Berry would be a good around the camp fire and would be able to make rice and beans into a Pavlova adds selfie lover Scarlett.
But home cooking is one of the many luxuries Scarlett is leaving behind as she heads into the Australian jungle.
Make up has been the first to go since she jetted off to Brisbane and the jungle from Heathrow Airport with an unusually bare face.
But the Gogglebox star is looking forward to waving goodbye to the home comforts as she hopes her stint down under will help her become more independent.
"This is an adventure of a lifetime for me," she said. "Ive never been to Australia and I have always wanted to go. There is no better way to go than this.
I am quite molly coddled in life and me and my family are a bit Brady Bunch."
Scarlett began her TV career in 2013 appearing on MTV's Beauty School Cop Outs, but she is best known for her regular appearances on Gogglebox.
She joined the comedy show in series three alongside her dad Mark and mum Betty, who spend a lot of their time giggling at their daughter's wise-cracks and on-the-money observations.
"I'm not taking political advice from a f****** hobbit," was one such potty mouthed outburst when she watched Martin Freeman deliver a Labour Party campaign video in 2015.
When Jeremy Corbyn was elected leader of the Labour Party by a landslide margin, she observed: "He looks more like the next Doctor Who than the next f****** Prime Minister to me."
But the reality TV star had to cut down on her expletives when she later landed a job with Capital Radio.
She took over presenting Capital North East's daily Breakfast Show from former Take Me Out contestant JoJo Hatfield in 2015.
The job was Scarlett's first major step off the Gogglebox sofa, and she hopes her time in the jungle will be her next.
"I do everything with my Mum and Dad and I will be quite curious to see how I cope just being me," she said.
"I want to see how independent I am."
To pave the way to independence, Scarlett has tried to overcome another one of her greatest fears before she is faced with it in the jungle.
She doesn't like small spaces, the dark or clowns but hopefully there wont be too many of those in the Jungle.
It's her fear of walking across bridges - especially the high rope bridge in the jungle - that she is most concerned about.
"I am not too keen on the Jungle bridges if Im honest," she said. "Ive been walking over the one bridge near my home to get used to it.
"That bridge in the jungle is going to be a Bushtucker Trial in itself for me! But I am going to give it my all."
