Zoella's earnings revealed: The vlogger is raking it in after building her empire

Back when YouTube sensation Zoella was at school, her teachers would have probably laughed at the thought of her becoming a millionaire just by sitting in her room on the internet.

But the vlogger is having the last giggle as new figures show she is raking it in after building her own online empire, launching beauty products and releasing her own books.

The 25-year-old star, real name Zoe Sugg, reportedly earns more than 50,000 a MONTH, which will leave anyone her age stuck pulling pints for pocket money completely speechless.

According to The Sunday Times, new account figures show she earned a profit of almost 400,000 in the eight months to November 2014. That's pretty impressive.

Zoella set up her YouTube channel in 2009, posting videos about hair and makeup, teenage relationships and friendships, building a following of more than 10 million on the video-sharing site.

The Wiltshire-born star released her first book, Girls Online, with Penguin in 2014 and she shifted 78,109 copies in the first week, making it the fastest selling debut book in history.

The brunette beauty may have a lot in the bank but she's not one for flashing the cash by buying expensive cars and clothes.

She's decided instead to invest her money, by buying a 1 million property in Hove , Brighton with her boyfriend Alfie Deyes, who is also a hit YouTubber with almost 5million fans online.

Not only are the pair now rich after growing their online following, they even have their own waxwork models.
