So basically I got my IPAD AIR 4TH GENERATION on 2022 and the month was like September ( I dont know the date) and I unboxed it at the time 3:00 pm and my parents are recording me! I was full of happiness or attack of happiness but sadly..a few days later.. my dad decide to limit my iPad because I was too addiction of it but, there is some apps that are opened! If only I didnt make that move then I would be playing toca Boca, Roblox, PKXD, and more game apps.. but today? I now wanted to have a iPad Pro 13! Its way much bigger and yeah, I dont care if its heavybut At least I have the bigger one! So Maybe my dad will buy me the iPad Pro 13 someday or buy it for my birthday with Apple Pencil.. but hey I was surprised that even an iPhone, or iPad are old.. its still updated! Thank you Apple for not scamming! Keep it up! Dont let those* Apple haters* get to you! Never give up! Believe yourself! You got this!

I would like to commend the employees of Apple. I was having some technical difficulties with my iphone11. So first I contacted their customer service via twitter. Their response was quick whenever i follow their instructions on how I can troubleshoot the problems and give them updates about it. However, I cant really solve the problem on my own despite all the Recommendations by their customer service, so I went to the Apple store here in Macau. Mr. Timothy, together with his co-employees at the store were very accommodating, they even made sure I was not getting bored while waiting for them to identify the cause of problem of my Iphone. After a few minutes, they discovered that it was a software problem, and since I bought the Iphone at their store not a long time ago, they change my Iphone into a newer one because it's still covered under the warranty. Kudos to Apple's good customer service and Thank you!

First time to use this apple store was I think 3-5 months ago when those days were still running so normal, before covid19 hit the world and changed our lives with fears and locked ourselves at home to keep safe. I did not wait too long for the item I ordered to be shipped that fast. I never expected it will come early before its due. I was so happy and its so so so legit. Hands down to their courier my parcel arrived well packed, no damage not even a single scratch. Im so happy with the service I got. I just want to say THANK YOU!!! . Will order again soon.

Not all people are keen for the latest tech, b4 we were so computer wizard but we are seniors already & all we need are just facebook, msgr, phone calls & text msgs we are no longer interested with those complicated things in our life, maybe i wont no longer update my iphone for another high tech sigh we no longer enjoy it but full of hardship re plenty of updates we dont all understood sigh now while fbing a pop up window appeared that i have 8-viruses and need to click below i thought Apple can withstands the most horrible virus so we dont need to install Norton, Total AV etc then if i wont click, all my apps files iphone will be destroyed grrrr sending us THREATS why? All my iphone even during Steve Jobs are still in good shape from iphone 4s to XS max 13 promax 14 pro, in great shape, no scratches etc coz very careful with my gadgets so if this iphone 15 promax will be destroyed by virus, youll fix if and replace it ok
