Today we have a little Quality of Life update for you. UPDATE We significantly improved the search performance. Just tap into the search bar and you should notice a big improvement in responsiveness and speed. NEW You will now see little "card type" bubbles right below the search bar after you tapped into it (as you may be used to from our web/desktop app). These are created automatically for you depending on what you saved to your mind. Now you can see all your Notes, Articles or other things you care about with a single tap. NEW We now also have search keyword suggestions and auto-complete. Just start typing something in the search field and you'll see. We hope this makes searching for fun and effortless. NEW UPDATE! MindStones (some might call them achievements) have arrived on mobile. Some of you already discovered them on desktop and we love to hear how much everyone liked them so far. Notes now summarize and tag themselves, automatically enriching your notes with deeper context and meaning. Privacy is still our #1 priority here. The notes analyzer only uses Bedrock, which gives us the strictest guarantees. The content never leaves AWS, is never logged, and is never shared with the model providers. You asked for it, we delivered. NEW: You can now save IG gallery posts to your mind and they'll display beautifully, the mymind way. Posts are automatically tagged and indexed, so you can more easily find them again via search. Once you've saved it to your mind it's your own private copy, even if the original post gets deleted. UPDATE: We refined the Serendipity experience on mobile to make it more enjoyable. It becomes more fun the longer you use mymind. NEW: PDFs (you know, that ancient file format from the late 1900s) save more nicely now in your mind. PDF cards have a distinct visual style, so you can easily spot them on the grid. NEW APP ICONS: As with every app update, we're shipping three new custom app icons (available to all paid mastermind members in the settings screen) NEW QUICK ACTIONS: We shipped a brand-new quick actions sheet. Press+Hold a card on the main grid to open it. This allows you to quickly select an action without the need to open the card. You can now add quick tags via the new action sheet. You can now visit the original source by long-pressing a card on the main grid. Perfect for articles or website bookmarks You can now add and remove a card from a space on mobile via the quick action sheet We shipped our magical SAME VIBE feature to mobile and it can now also be accessed through the quick action sheet (this is a Mastermind-only feature). You can now download a media card (image, gif, video, PDF) directly from the main grid via the action sheet. THE COLOR PALETTE IS BACK: On image cards, we added back our color palette. After many requests, our little thinking guy is now our primary app icon. We love him as much as you do. We also shipped two additional new custom icons for our Mastermind members, which you can select in the app settings (among many others we added before). NEW You can now add items to a Space from the native share panel. Just press the "Add Details" button and next to the Tag and Mind Notes area, you can now also select one or multiple spaces. Welcome to the new mymind iOS app! You're the very first to use it. The new app looks similar to the old one, but we've rebuilt it from scratch. We made huge improvements to performance and speed, along with many tiny design updates to make your mind more beautiful and enjoyable to use. Everything should feel smoother, faster and more reliable but yet familiar. If you've been using the mymind for a while, you'll notice the difference. Here's the big stuff: UPDATES + New onboarding: We designed a new welcome experience to guide new members through mymind. You'll only see this the first time you open the app. + Performance: Everything should feel faster and smoother now. From opening the app, to everything you click, to searching, to opening cards. No more lag times and long waits opening the app. + New saving experience: Share anything to your mind (photos, websites, screenshots) and you'll see our beautiful new saving panel appear (also called the native share panel). We hope it feels more delightful every time you save something throughout the day now. + Improved saving logic: We now have a native upload queue. This helps when saving things on spotty internet and makes sure you can see if something is still saving in the background. + Improved tagging: Try saving websites of all kinds (products, books, websites, artciles). You should see more tags for websites you save, AND much more specific & accurate tags. This is a big improvement to before. Also: With different card types (websites, products, books, etc) you'll see unique, specially designed category tags now. Click the tag to see all cards in that category. + The magical new Advanced AI Summary (also called TLDR): Save a website and mymind now analyzes the website and provides a short paragraph summary for you within the card. This is supported for websites, articles, products, books, real estate properties, movies & TV Series. Also try this on desktop, it's awesome! The summary will automatically appear for new sites you saved. For sites you saved in the past, click the "Advanced AI Summary" button to get the summary (you need to be on Mastermind to see this feature). + New settings view: Swipe from the left to see your account settings or change your app icon (you can also click the new hamburger icon in the top left). + New card details - We refined the design of expanded cards and added the ability to save to a Space straight from the expanded view. You may or may not notice other tiny design refinements that should make that app feel more lovely to use. This is only the beginning. The rebuilt app gives us a new, stronger foundation we can continue building on in the future, so it feels like a true companion to your mind. One that you can count on anytime you want to save something or find it in the moment, on the go. It sounds cliche, but this is now the new beginning for us with a lot more to come.
