Section Navigation
Get less than or equal to of dataframe and other, element-wise (binary operator <=).
Among flexible wrappers (eq, ne, le, lt, ge, gt) to comparison operators.
Equivalent to ==, !=, <=, <, >=, > with support to choose axis (rows or columns) and level for comparison.
Note
Mismatched indices will be unioned together. NaN values in floating point columns are considered different (i.e. NaN != NaN).
Examples:
You can use method name:
>>> df = bpd.DataFrame({'angles': [0, 3, 4],
... 'degrees': [360, 180, 360]},
... index=['circle', 'triangle', 'rectangle'])
>>> df["degrees"].le(180)
circle False
triangle True
rectangle False
Name: degrees, dtype: boolean
You can also use arithmetic operator <=:
>>> df["degrees"] <= 180
circle False
triangle True
rectangle False
Name: degrees, dtype: boolean
DataFrame of bool. The result of the comparison.
