The obituary notice of Janice Ann RAMSEY

Will miss you and your lovely smile Janice...you have left an empty space in our life.
May you rest in peace .

Such sad, sudden and shocking news when it was received. I always looked forward to working the old school dropback shifts, obviously because they weren't nightshifts but also because Janice was on them and it meant a shift of chat, laughter and stories - including some about Phil, and old photos!!
It was a pleasure to get to know Janice on our shift nights out and share a drink or two (maybe three) and her company was always a pleasure, a sentiment also shared by my wife, Kate. Our last outing wasn’t too long ago, enjoying a Chinese and listening to them chat the whole night about books – an obvious shared passion and Kate has enjoyed some of Janice’s recommendations. I think Kate’s words when we got home were “Ahh, I love Janice, she’s so lovely!” and we discussed the fact that Janice was, so lovely.
Our hearts, condolences, love and thoughts are with Phil and Elliot at a sad time and on what will be such a tough day.
Rest in peace Janice, you will be greatly missed.

Words can’t explained how shocked I was to hear that Janice had suddenly passed away. She was lovely inside and out. So happy and a joy to be around. I’m gutted that those happy times have been cut short. So very sorry to both Phil and Elliot and sending much love to you both xx
