Annual and Monthly memberships: You can tell us you want to cancel your membership at any time, and we'll take no more payments.

You are also entitled to an initial cooling off period when you can end your membership straight away and get a refund. This cooling off period will end 14 days after the day you receive your first magazine, or if you have a digital only membership, 14 days after the day you join.

• You can also cancel online through 'My account' if you want your membership to finish at the end of the month/ year you have paid for. Please note My Account can't be used to cancel in the cooling off period for a refund.

Make sure you state your name, membership number and the date you wish to cancel if writing.
