Gwynedd road reported blocked after 'serious' crash

A road in Gwynedd was blocked after a "serious" crash. Gwynfor Coaches said a service between Bangor and Caernarfon has been cancelled.

A statement by the coach firm said: "Thursday 30th July. S3 service. Due to a serious road collision blocking the A4085 Beddgelert road, the 12.25 Bangor run to Caernarfon is unable to run. Apologies for any inconvenience caused."

A North Wales Police statement said: "We received a call at 10.43am today, 30 July, to a report of a single-vehicle road traffic collisison on A4085 Rhyd Ddu, Caernarfon. The road was blocked but has since been cleared."
