Love Island contestant Priya Jaswal has disclosed that numerous scenes from the series will never be broadcast thanks to her constant rule-breaking.
The series 13 bombshell arrived in the villa with Kavan Murphy and experienced several unsuccessful romantic pairings. In her final days on the show, she was developing her friendship couple arrangement with Aidan Murphy, and the two appear to be flourishing since leaving the villa.
The pair recently featured on the Punchin' podcast and were invited to share something viewers would be completely oblivious to. Priya's revelation came as quite a surprise, as she acknowledged repeatedly flouting a rather significant programme rule, reports OK!
"I said the c-word a lot and got told off for is," she said. "Yeah, I was getting pulled up to the Beach Hut to be like 'You need to not say this, you need to not say that'. Just like, not being media trained I guess.

"So I did that a lot and got told off for it," Priya went on. "That's not really that interesting though."
A 2021 Ofcom report classified various profanities, with the c-word deemed "highly offensive" and therefore "requiring clear and strong contextual justification" for broadcast. That same year, former Islander Tyler Cruickshank confirmed contestants were explicitly told the c-word was strictly forbidden.
Priya wasn't the sole Islander to face disciplinary action from producers this series. Lorenzo Alessi, who ultimately claimed victory, was also summoned for a discussion regarding his relaxed approach.
Priya left the villa alongside Aidan (Image: ITV)Dumped Islander Ope Sowande, who lasted just under two weeks on the programme, disclosed that Lorenzo had become weary of being called for conversations and flatly declined them.
He recounted: "It was the end of the night, I think... who just came in, I can't remember. One of the girls was like 'Lorenzo do you wanna go chat?' and he was like 'I'm just all chatted out'. And then someone else came and said 'Lorenzo, you wanna go chat?' and he goes 'Ugh'.
"He's like 'I don't want to chat anymore'. It's late, and it's the end of the evening but they need people to chat still. He was just 'I'm all chatted out, I'm not speaking anymore'. He got called straight to the Beach Hut."
All episodes of Love Island series 13 are now streaming on ITVX.
