With the warm weather showing no signs of slowing down, Duchess Sophie has just offered up another dose of summer dress inspiration - and her exact style is still available to shop. The Duchess of Edinburgh, 61, stepped out in a beautiful blue and green paisley shirt dress by Chelsea-based label Lexy London, a brand that has quickly become a firm favourite in her wardrobe.

Sophie wore the labels pretty paisley printed midi that strikes that tricky balance between looking polished while still being incredibly easy to wear. Crafted from 100% cotton, the dress features a classic Oxford-style collar, a button-through front and gently puffed short sleeves, while blue piping adds definition around the collar, sleeves and placket.

A matching fabric belt pulls the silhouette in at the waist before the skirt falls to a flattering mid-calf length, making it one of those dresses that could work just as easily with trainers as it would wedges or sandals.

And Sophie is not the only royal who has sported the British label this season - Queen Camilla was snapped in a similar design just weeks ago. At 230, it certainly sits at the more premium end of the summer dress market, but the 100% cotton composition and timeless shirt-dress silhouette make it the sort of piece you could bring back out year after year.

The colour palette will carry surprisingly well into the final weeks of summer, when Id swap sandals for trainers and throw a lightweight cardigan over the top as temperatures begin to dip.

If Sophies exact Nancy has caught your eye, I wouldnt hang around - particularly when the remaining sizes could disappear quickly.
