What Max Verstappen's new 55m-plus home looks like as Red Bull star weighs up F1 future
Max Verstappen is currently enjoying Formula 1's summer break, having moved into a new home in Monaco with his partner.
Max Verstappen can enjoy his summer break in an exclusive area of Monaco with his girlfriend Kelly Piquet and their family. The Formula 1 star will likely relax in an ultra-luxurious residential complex called Le Renzo during the sport's break as he weighs up his future with Red Bull.
Verstappen moved into the complex last year and it also houses fellow racers Charles Leclerc and Fernando Alonso. The building, designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano, has 47 apartments, including duplexes, triplexes and penthouses. The starting price for one of the homes begins at 55million (65m), with one in the same area as Verstappen's currently on sale for 65m (76.8m).
This apartment for sale has been shown to have a wine cellar, 528 square metres of living space and views of the sea and harbour. Details about the inside of the apartment Verstappen lives in are unknown, but he has access to plenty of shared amenities in the building.
Le Renzo offers 24/7 concierge service, valet parking, fitness rooms, saunas, massage rooms and other wellness facilities. There is also a children's play area, hair salon, meeting rooms and multiple lounges to relax in.

Verstappen will likely relax in many of these areas as he contemplates his future in F1. There is a clause in the Dutchman's contract which allows him to leave early if he is not in the top two of the Drivers' Championship by the summer break.

The 28-year-old sits in sixth place right now and has zero wins so far. Whilst speculation will continue to grow around the four-time champion, Verstappen has admitted he could walk away from F1 right now if he wanted to.
But it seems that he is still enjoying F1 too much to bid farewell to the race tracks just yet. Discussing his future, Verstappen said: "Of course, Fernando is 45, so it's probably a bit easier for him to say: 'I quit.' But as a real racer, it's tough, especially when you're not enjoying the regulations and you're not competitive at the moment.
"Fernando, of course, doesn't deserve to be in P21. I'm of course 28 years old, so it's a little bit different. I mean, of course I can easily stop, it's not a problem, but I love racing, and I'm just trying to deal with what we have, even though what we have at the moment is not what I like."
Verstappen confirmed there was no untoward issues in the Red Bull camp for now, despite the team's struggles on the asphalt this season. He added: "I am feeling good from my side, but I'm saying that there is nothing to say because there is nothing going on.
"I'm just focused on trying to get the most out of the car and that's already complicated enough to deal with. This team is like a second family to me.
"I'm just trying to understand our car a bit better, and get back to winning ways. We've been close one weekend, I hope of course a little bit more often than just one weekend, but like I said before, it's definitely on an upward trend, so that's good to see."
