Car crashes into parked vehicles

1. A man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a crash in Cheltenham. The crash happened on New Barn Lane, in Cheltenham, at around 10pm last night (Sunday, August 9).
2. Gloucestershire Police were called to the scene after it was reported a car had crashed into parked vehicles. A photo from the scene shows a vehicle being lifted after the crash.
3. A 27-year-old man from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving a vehicle when above the legal alcohol limit. He remains in police custody at this time.
4. A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Police said: "We were called to New Barn Lane in Cheltenham at around 10pm yesterday (Sunday) with a report that a car had collided with parked vehicles. Officers attended and a 27-year-old man from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving a vehicle when above the legal alcohol limit. He was taken to police custody where he remains for questioning at this time."
