Freedom of Information enquiries
The Official Solicitor and the Public Trustee (OSPT)will only respond to FOI requests about staff carrying out administrative tasks linked to Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders and International Child Abduction and Contact. This is because other activities carried out by OSPT are not covered by the Freedom of Information Act.
