What if I can't see the Preferred Sources Icon?

If you can't see the Preferred Sources Icon, there are a few simple things to check.

1. Make sure youre signed in: Preferred Sources are linked to your Google account, so check youre logged in, then refresh the page.
2. Try searching a different news topic: The Top Stories box only appears for topics with recent news coverage, so searching something timely can help.
3. Update the Google app: If youre using mobile, make sure youve got the latest version of the Google app installed, then try again.
