Willie Peters wants his Hull KR side to 'turn the tables' on Warrington Wolves after such an underwhelming showing in the reverse fixture a month ago.
The Robins have won all four games they have played since that round 19 loss to the Wolves at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, with Warrington winning 34-12, and in doing so they have managed to breathe life into their season once more.
They remain two points behind the Wolves but they have the opportunity to leapfrog Sam Burgess' side on Tuesday night when the pair go head to head once more in a rearranged fixture at Craven Park.
Willie Peters' side were flawed on Thursday night despite claiming the win and Peters is certainly looking for an improvement in regards to performance, but he also wants his outfit to set the record straight on Tuesday night against Warrington.
"We know we have to improve and we'll look to improve, that's for sure," Peters said. "We didn't play well a few weeks back at their place and we want to make sure we turn the tables tis week and put in a better performance to give ourselves an opportunity.
"I think being back at home and it's a short turnaround, then we go into a four-day which is even shorter and both teams have the same amount of turnaround time and they're coming here so there's no excuses for us not having a high energy performance.
"It's important at this stage of the year with where we're at in the ladder, you just want to tick them off and naturally performance is important because that's what you get your confidence off the back of.
"But when you get those two points and you don't perform well, that's probably more important at certain stages of the year and we're getting to that stage but we're aware we need to improve."
Peters looks set to make changes to his side on Tuesday to keep things fresh but it remains to be seen if Oliver Gildart and Sauaso Sue will be fit enough to return after missing Thursday night with minor issues.
"Possibly both but we'll see," the head coach said. "Ollie was limping a bit the other day so we'll just see where he's at and we'll see where Sauaso is at as well. He feels good today which is a positive because he's carried it for a few weeks now."
