Peter Kay has announced a fourth Hull show due to phenomenal demand for the first three. Last week, it was revealed the comedy star would be heading to Connexin Live later this year for the final part of his record-breaking Better Late Than Never tour.

Two performances were initially announced for Saturday, October 10 with an early matinee later added to the schedule for Sunday, October 11 at 1pm. Now, a fourth show is on the way, also on October 11, which will be a late matinee starting at 5pm. Tickets are set to go on sale at 10am on Wednesday (August 5) which will help generate even more funds for charity.

All profits from the shows will be donated to mitochondrial disease charity The Lily Foundation, cancer care charity Maggies, and brain cancer research charity The Be More Laura Foundation.

The Hull dates form part of a series of final, final shows taking place in coastal towns and cities around the country with performances also taking place in Cardiff, Brighton and Blackpool.

Peter Kay said: Its been an incredible four-year tour. Ive absolutely loved it. If doing a few more shows can help raise money for these overlooked and sadly underfunded charities, then thats the least I can do.
