Emma mattress that 'keeps you cool in heatwave' is 1,044 off in huge summer sale

The sleep giant is offering major discounts on mattresses and other bedtime essentials that make it 'a lot easier to sleep' on hot nights

Another heatwave is on the way, with Met ireann forecasting temperatures of up to 29C in parts of Ireland this week - and with the hot and sweaty nights making sleep hard to come by, a comfortable bed is more important than ever. Fortunately, popular sleep brand Emma Sleep has launched a summer sale with some huge discounts to be had.

The Big Summer Sale has knocked up to 50% off Emma beds, mattresses, duvets, pillows and more, with bundle deals spelling savings of as much as 1,357. Even better, Irish Mirror readers can score an extra 10% off all sale prices by using the exclusive discount code SUMMER10 at the checkout.

Before the sale ends on July 31, shoppers can snap up bestsellers such as the Emma Original Pro Mattress, which has had its price cut in half in all seven sizes, from 979 down to 489.50 for the smallest single size - making it 440.55 with the extra 10% off. Made from Emma's 'ThermoSync' foam and a breathable layer, this mattress is designed to draw away excess heat and maintain a comfortable temperature, making it a top choice for the hot summer nights.

The most popular choice being snapped up by shoppers comes on the Hypoallergenic Cooling Memory Foam Mattress, now priced from 60.99 with 59% off, although there were only single size options left in stock at the time of writing.

Another deal in the Emma summer sale comes on the Emma Comfort Cooling Pillow Bundle, offering a pair of pillows for less than half price at 143.10 reduced from 318 with the additional discount code. Another must-have for the heatwave, these pillows have an 'Outlast' layer that "actively manages heat by absorbing, storing, and releasing it", according to the brand, helping to maintain a balanced temperature.

Meanwhile, shoppers who want to go all-out and give themselves a full bedroom refresh for summer can get the Big Summer Mega Bundle. This includes an Emma Original mattress, waterproof mattress protector and comfort cooling pillow, as well as a free duvet, and boasts savings of up to 55%.

There's the option to choose from the Emma Original + Mattress for this bundle, totalling 312.66 and spelling savings of 266.34, or upgrade to the aforementioned Emma Original Pro Mattress and its temperature regulating technology. This will bring the total of the bundle to 396.50, a discount of a whopping 582.50 compared to buying the bundle items separately at full price.
