It's no secret that the upcoming Beatles biopic films have fans buzzing. The series is being made as four interconnected films, with each film following one Beatle's distinct perspective.

The cast includes Harris Dickinson, Paul Mescal, Joseph Quinn, and Barry Keoghan. Dickinson portrays John Lennon, Mescal plays Paul McCartney, Quinn is George Harrison, and Keoghan is Ringo Starr. The four actors were spotted in their character ensembles walking down a London street to recreate the band's iconic 1969 album artwork.

The original Abbey Road cover featured Lennon, McCartney, Harrison, and Starr crossing the street outside EMI Studios in Londonand fans were thrilled to see a new Fab Four taking over. Barry Keoghan, set to play Ringo Starr, recently admitted to losing over 14lbs during filming for the highly anticipated project.

The project was announced last year by director Sam Mendes and traces the group's journey from obscurity in early 1960s Liverpool through their unprecedented global dominance and eventual breakup in 1970.

Fans were thrilled to see the actors try to recreate the band's iconic "Abbey Road" album cover. A user wrote, "I imagine someone in 1968 actually seeing this exact same thing from their window"

Many users felt that Paul Mescal (playing Paul McCartney) was wearing his shoes in the clip, whereas Paul McCartney on the album cover is seen barefoot.

A TikToker wrote, "paul better be barefoot"

And someone else explained, "They're filming the actual taking of the picture. That's what's happening. The reason Paul has shoes is because in the actual photography for Abbey Road, Paul originally had shoes, but because they spent so long walking back and forth to get a good shot, his shoes got uncomfortable and he took them off, and that's why he's barefoot in the cover."

Whereas another fan challenged the theory, stating, "Ive seen a zoomed in photo! Paul is barefoot guys!"

And the next user chimed in, "This is insane to see but omgggg im sat."

Paul Mescal fans are especially excited for the films, as the actor has confirmed he will do all his own singing in them.

During an interview with IndieWire, the actor confirmed that he will be fully committed to playing the legendary musician and will not lip-sync to existing McCartney tracks. When asked if he'll be doing his own singing, he replied, "Yeah, yeah, absolutely, hell yeah."

It is unclear whether the other actors will also be using their own singing voices. Paul has proven his abilities before, and sang the folk ballad "Slip Away" in the 2022 musical film, Carmen.
