Your next chocolate obsession could be on the shelves of Home Bargains right now. We're a nation of chocolate lovers, and while most of us have our favourite brands that we go back to time and time again, we're always open to trying new things whenever they land on the shelves of local supermarkets.
Finding a favourite chocolate also isn't always easy, especially if a specific brand ticks almost all your boxes, but there's just one thing that they're missing. If that sounds like you, then chocolate lovers on social media may have found the perfect solution, as Aero teamed up with another chocolate brand for a "game-changing" new bar that's on sale at Home Bargains.
In an Instagram post shared by New Foods UK, it was revealed that Aero are now selling Milkybar flavoured products at Home Bargains, which combine the signature airy chocolate of Aero with the creamy and iconic Milkybar taste.
The Milkybar Aero is available in both a large bar of chocolate and the Aero Bubbles, although fans have claimed the bar is "so much better" than the Bubbles, as it retains the "creamy" taste more effectively.
New Foods UK said: "Trying the new MilkyBar Aero products from Home Bargains. The bar is so much better than the Aero Bubbles - the bar is creamier and has that iconic MilkyBar taste!"
Commenters on the post were eager to try the new chocolate, as many said it could be a "game-changer" that quickly becomes their new sweet treat obsession.
One person said: "Oh my. This could be a game-changer." Another who had already tried it themselves added: "It's incredible!"
Nestle, the parent company for both Aero and Milkybar, launched the chocolate collaboration across UK supermarkets at the start of July. The bars and Bubbles can be found in Home Bargains as well as Iceland, and is expected to hit other supermarkets and shops throughout July.
Rachel Beaufoy, Nestle's Confectionery Marketing Manager, said of the new product: "We're very excited to see fan reactions to the team up of two of our classic brands. The iconic Milkybar white chocolate combined with the signature Aero bubbles is a duo we know fans will love."
Prices for the new chocolate will likely vary between shops, but a multipack of four Aero Milkybar bars from Iceland currently costs at 1.50, according to the Iceland website.
The product description on the website reads: What makes Aero so deliciously special? It's the bubbles that are designed to melt effortlessly in your mouth. Aero is a much-loved chocolate brand and is famous worldwide for its unique, bubbly texture, and has been for decades. When it's time for a treat, pick up an Aero and feel the bubbles melt.
"There's a new kid on the block - introducing our Aero x Milkybar collaboration! Smooth white chocolate is filled with delicious white bubbles, creating the perfect mix of our two iconic brands. Aero is perfect for sharing amongst family and friends, so go on, the bubbles are on us!"
The full range of Aero Milkybar products is expected to launch in supermarkets throughout July.
