Inside Joe Wicks' dreamy getaway with wife Rosie and brood of four in 'special place'

Fitness guru Joe Wicks has been enjoying a picturesque break to a five-star resort in the Maldives, with his family of six as he gushes about how perfect it is for families

Joe Wicks has taken some time away from the bench to enjoy some beach time, with a stunning family holiday to the Maldives. The Body Coach and his wife Rosie are enjoying some serious R&R with their adorable brood of four; Indigo, 6, Marley, 5, Leni, 2, and nine-month-old Dusty, at five-star resort Suneva Fushi.

Among a gorgeous series of snaps, Joe posed with his family on the crystal white sand, and former glamour model Rosie showed off her stunning figure in a bikini, while in another happy picture proud dad Joe embraced his giggling youngest, Dusty.

Joe and Rosie, who have been married since 2019, became a family of six in June when they welcomed youngest Dusty, and are finally getting some time out with a family getaway. But it's not all play, as Joe, 39, says he swapped some workout sessions for the upmarket stay. "We were #gifted the stay in exchange for some workout classes with the guests. Its such a special place, especially for families," wrote Joe on Instagram.

Clearly a real family man, Epsom-born Joe, whose 'PE With Joe' workouts in 2022 during the Covid pandemic attracted millions of viewers, and led to him being awarded an MBE later that year, revealed in an interview with the iPaper last year that fame and followers mean nothing to him, compared to his family and friends.

"If you removed all my Instagram followers overnight, Ill be fine, because Ive got Rosie and my kids. A lot of peoples self-confidence is linked to their followers and their brand partnerships and the income they make, and when that declines, how does that make them feel? Whereas my foundations are family and friends the same group of friends that Ive always rolled with."

He added: "I met Rosie just before my first book Lean in 15 came out, so shes been with me the whole journey. Having that base and having someone that you love and trust means that I didnt get tempted to be out clubbing all the time, or go to red carpet events. I didnt get sucked into fame. Even now, I dont ever go to those events. Im just not into it."

Some might think with four children already, Joe might be done when it comes to expanding his family - but it seems not. Admitting that he and Rosie are 'not done' he explained: "Were going to have a little break and then were going to have one more. Is Rosie on board? Yes, she is. She loves it. We both love being there for the kids.
