Justin Bieber s eagle-eyed followers have claimed the singer has liked a 2016 picture of himself kissing his ex, Selena Gomez. Fans have alleged that the father-of-one, who married Hailey Bieber in 2018, liked a comment under the post before undoing the comment hours later.

The comment read 'Vivan los novios', which is the Spanish translation for 'Long live the bride and groom!', and the person who wrote it claims Justin clicked the heart button on it. Justin and Selena had an on and off relationship from 2010 to 2018. While Justin moved on with Hailey - the pair share a son - Selena married Benny Blanco last year.

After Justin allegedly undid his comment, fans were quick to speculate whether the like was intentional. Its likely Justin stumbled across the old shot because of the current social media trend of sharing images from 2016.

One wrote: Meanwhile justin out here liking pics of him and his first love. Another referenced Haileys own caption from her 2016 throwback post, which said: you just had to be there.

Hailey and Justin have had plenty of ups and downs during their romance, facing a series of split rumours since tying the knot. He appeared to reference marriage woes in his seventh studio album last year and fans have also been expressing their concern for Justin, who has been partying with pals. Despite the speculation into their personal life, Hailey gave a defiant update as she remains content in her future with her husband.

Meanwhile, Selena lashed out at Hailey on social media in October after she appeared to shade her in an interview. Rhode Beauty founder Hailey, 28, seemed to be making a jibe at Selena, 33, and her own Rare Beauty brand.

Hailey said she doesnt feel competitive with people shes not inspired by." Then directly addressing the topic of fans making comparisons between her and Selena's brands, Hailey admitted she found it annoying. Writing a post on the social media platform before swiftly deleting it, Selena hit back: She can say what she wants, it doesnt affect my life whatsoever.

She continued, Its just about relevance not intelligence. Be kind. All brands inspire me. There is room for everyone. And hopefully we can all stop. She then urged her fans to leave the girl alone, seemingly referring to Hailey.

Selena and Hailey tried to end their rivalry in 2022 when they posed for a picture together to show there are no hard feelings between them. However, fans were not convinced by the attempt at showing a united front.

It was noted in June that both women had unfollowed each other on Instagram, further fuelling speculation that they are in fact far from friends. Speaking to WSJ Magazine , Hailey spoke about the pair being pitted against each other, saying, Its always annoying being pitted against other people. I didnt ask for that. When people want to see you a certain way and theyve made up a story about you in their minds, its not up to you to change that.

They had their guests stay at the nearby luxury El Encanto Hotel. Guests included Selena's bestie, Taylor Swift, who took time out to be there to support her union, as well as her Only Murders in the Building co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short, and Marvel star Paul Rudd.

The pair have regularly shared images from their big day on social media since tying the knot. Benny dedicated multiple posts to his new wife, displaying their wedding attire.

Selena is no stranger to the downsides of a high-profile relationship, having previously been linked to stars including Nick Jonas, Charlie Puth, Zedd and The Weeknd.
