Kid Rock has been slammed by fans after performing at a rival Super Bowl show. The All Summer Long star, 55, rocked up for the MAGA-friendly Turning Point concert in the US on Sunday, which was held in protest against Bad Bunny's iconic half-time set in California.
Kid's performance was broadcast on YouTube at the same time as the Puerto Rican rapper's star-studded set at the Levis Stadium, which featured musicians Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin and Cardi B.
However, despite being watched by millions online, Kid appeared to be miming his 1999 track, Bawitdaba, and was brutally mocked on social media. A pre-recorded version of the song could be heard playing as the rocker lowered his microphone away from his mouth. In other moments of the song, his mouth does not match the audio.
Blasting the singer, who was married to Baywatch star, Pamela Anderson, one viewer wrote on X: Kid Rock is blatantly lip syncing, its all pre-recorded and he wasnt even trying."
Another fumed: Kid Rock forgets his lyrics during his song showing all the MAGA Far Right that he wasnt even singing. What a complete and utter embarrassment.
Meanwhile, a third raged: Kid Rock couldnt even be bothered to sing live. Instead, some truly awful lip-syncing.
Turning Point USA, founded by late far-right commentator Charlie Kirk, who was killed last year during a rally in Utah, announced its alternative half-time show last October amid angry chatter over the selection of Bad Bunny, a Puerto Rican rapper, as the Super Bowl half-time performer.
Kid Rock, a huge Donald Trump fan, said that Turning Point was for conservative Americans to celebrate their patriotism, claiming that right-wing views are not represented in mainstream media.
He said: Theres a big portion of this country, like it or not, thats underserved entertainment-wise. Were just [going to] go play for our base. You know, people who love America, love football, love Jesus.
The show was watched by an average of four to five million viewers small fry in comparison to the 120 million-plus who tuned in to watch Bad Bunny.
The Tito Me Pregunto star brought the house down in California on Sunday as he praised Latin America, insisting the countries were part of American history.
However, his show, which was performed mostly in Spanish, didn't go down well with Trump, who branded Bad Bunny's sizzling slot "disgusting". Taking to his Truth Social, the president fumed: "It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesnt represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence. Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World."
