Paul Walkers daughter has spoken out about her secret tumour, for the first time.

Meadow Walker is the only child of the Fast and Furious actor, who tragically died in a car crash in 2013 aged just 40 years old.

The 23-year-old model, who rarely speaks about the tragedy, revealed one of her own today.

Taking to Instagram, she shared the news she has been having treatment for a tumour with her 3.2 million followers.

Posting a photo of herself in an operating theatre with a hair cover on and plastic markers on her head, she wrote: 2 years ago today. Ive come a very long way. Bye bye tumor. Blessed & grateful.

Veteran supermodel Christy Turlington commented on the post saying: Beyond blessed. LOVED to which Meadow replied: Love you.

Fans were quick to show their support, sending well wishes to Meadow for what she had secretly been going through.

One wrote: Im so sorry that you had to experience that, and very happy that youre ok.

Another said: The sweetest in the world! So glad you are healthy and happy!

Love you so much!! so grateful for your light in this world, a third added.

A fourth fan commented: Whatever medical situation came up, I'm glad you made it through. You're a very tough person.

Aside from her health issues which now look to be on the mend if she has got the all-clear, Meadow shared some happy news earlier this month.

The model tied the knot with her fianc Louis Thornton-Allan on a beach in the Dominican Republic.

Sharing a black and white video of the romantic ceremony on Instagram which was attended by her godfather and father Pauls co-star, Vin Diesel she simply wrote: Were married!!!

Another sweet photo from the couples special day shows Vin walking Meadow down the aisle and family and friends throwing confetti over the newlyweds.

Meadow told Vogue that after exchanging vows the wedding party all danced barefoot in the sand.

She added: "To finish the night, there was a wonderful display of fireworks, and we lit lanterns into the picturesque night sky.

The nuptials were quick as the couple only revealed they were engaged in August.

In a video shared to Instagram, Meadow held her wedding finger up to show fans her sparkler as she swam around in a pool.

Meadow rarely speaks in public about her late father, but shared an emotional post on social media last year calling him her best bud.

The cute photo shows a young Meadow being cuddled by dad Paul as they both take a nap.

She captioned the picture: Heres a photo of my best bud & I napping, adding that its a silly day to remember in sadness, but it should also be a celebration of the love and happiness you brought to the world.
