Alison Hammond looked absolutely amazing on Fridays This Morning, so its absolutely no surprise that the outfit she wore is now out of stock. But, Ive found it in a different colourway, and it costs less than 80.

The presenter, aged 51, stepped out last week wearing a gorgeous green checked satin two-piece from River Island - a stylish choice to interview none other than former British Vogue editor Edward Enninful.

The vibrant off-the-shoulder top and matching maxi skirt captured the attention of viewers who were desperate to know where to buy it, commenting: You look amazing in your dress. Would you mind sending me the info, Off topic, sorry, where is this dress from? and Alison love your dress.

The two-piece set made up of the Green Check Off The Shoulder Top (34) and Green Check Maxi Skirt (42) proved so popular it has now sold out online, with only limited stock remaining in the skirt. But shoppers who missed out on the viral green version can still snap up the same stylish set in a blue check colourway , which is currently available in all sizes.

The alternative version features the same flattering design details that made Alisons look such a hit, including a feminine off-the-shoulder neckline, ruched detailing, and a breezy maxi skirt with an elasticated waistband making it bloat-friendly.

River Island Blue Check Co-Ord
Product Description

This blue check co-ord from River Island features a chic off the shoulder top and satin maxi skirt with an elastic waistband

Available in sizes six to 22, the co-ord offers a relaxed yet polished summer look that can easily be worn together as a statement outfit for race days, date nights and weddings, or styled separately with other wardrobe staples like jeans or blazers. Together, the set works out at 76, which is refreshingly affordable for a full outfit.

The check print also taps into one of this seasons biggest trends, with bold gingham and oversized checks appearing across dresses, skirts and matching sets on the high street. For example, at Aligne this Mavis Reversible Check Jacket costs 219 and gives wearers the option to wear it plain with checked cuffs and collar, or go bold with an all-over check design.

While Alisons exact green set may have already disappeared from virtual shelves, theres a chance fashion fans could find it in store. However, the blue check version delivers the same easy, summer-ready style and can be ordered online, meaning fans can still recreate the TV stars look before it sells out too.
