Parents can snap up a Chad Valley Hippo Sand Pit with a huge saving in a double deal stack. The sandpit typically costs 28 at Argos, but there's actually a way to pick one up for less than 5.

The first part of the deal comes via Argos, where the retail giant has knocked 25% off the price to bring it down to 20. However, savvy shoppers can effectively shave more than 15 extra off the cost by signing up as a new member of money-saving website TopCashback.

New members benefit from a 15 cashback sign-up bonus when they spend 15 or more at a participating store. That means, once cashback is factored in, the Hippo Sandpit costs 4.17 for new TopCashback members and new Argos customers.

Existing Argos customers will pay a little more, with it working out at 4.83 after cashback. The price includes free click and collect from an Argos store, while standard delivery costs 4.95.

The 60L product is suitable for use with sand, water or balls and can be used by children aged one and over, with adult supervision. It's worth noting that the maximum weight is 30kg.
