St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee was the scene of a massive police presence on Tuesday, July 21 after reports of a serious incident.
Local media reported seeing officers with the Memphis Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol and the National Guard in the vicinity.
Multiple streets were blocked and taped off as several law enforcement agencies investigated the scene, FOX13 Memphis reported.
It was later determined that a bomb threat turned out to be a hoax.

"Out of an abundance of caution, MPD officers, along with our law enforcement partners, searched the building and surrounding area," a statement fromMemphis Police Department said.
No threat or explosive devices were found.
Law enforcement determined the threat to be a hoax.
It is being reported that the incident was a reported bomb threat that turned out to be a hoax.
Law enforcement responded around 6pm after receiving reports of a bomb threat, according to the Memphis Police Department.
