Horror footage shows the moment a car rammed into pedestrians at a festival in Mexico.
Videos of the incident on Wednesday, August 12, show people walking casually through a tourist corridor in Zacatln when a blue sedan speeds into them.
Zacatln's Mayor, Bety Snchez, posted on X: "It is important to clarify that, unfortunately, 15 people were injured in this incident; they are stable and out of danger.
"I also want to clarify that there are no deceased individuals."
Screams can be heard as people scatter. The vehicle is stopped when it slammed into what appears to be a concrete pillar.
The Zacatln City Council has said there are no fatalities.
A local news outlet has reported that the driver was arrested and several people attending the Gran Feria de la Manzana (Great Apple Fair) were injured,
The car burst in from the Hotel Zacatln area until crashing to one side of the Apple Pavilion, according to reports.
Red Cross paramedics are on the scene.

"We immediately activated the emergency response protocols."
She said that the vehicle is in the custody and the driver has been detained.
"He appears to have some health issue that may have been the cause that triggered this incident, but acting responsibly and in accordance with regulations, we need the necessary expert examinations to be conducted to confirm or rule out this version," she said.
