A teenage boy has been seriously injured following reports of a shooting at a school in Sweden - and police have arrested a 14-year-old girl.
Police launched a major operation earlier today after receiving a report of gunshots at the school in the city of Sdertlje.
According to TV4 Nyheterna, police suspect a 14-year-old girl was the shooter and she has since been arrested.
Police have released very little information about the incident, but did confirm someone had been found with gunshot wounds.
"I can confirm that we have an operation in Ronna after callers reported banging. There is suspicion of a serious crime," police spokesperson Robert Sennerdal said.
Local news sites report the girl had escaped from some form of treatment centre nearby. She was said to be carrying a weapon when she was arrested.
