Logan Paul will be playing in the Sidemen Charity Match

Logan Paul is set to take part in the Sidemen Charity football match at Wembley Stadium, with the YouTuber set to turn out for Sidemen FC.

Paul is one of a number of social media stars who will feature in the sixth edition of the match, which is raising money for the BBC Children In Need, M7 Education and Brightside charities. The previous match, which took place in 2023, raised more than 2.4million.

The Sidemen, a group of seven British YouTubers, are behind the event and will all be part of Sidemen FC. KSI is set to captain the team and Paul, who he co-founded Prime Hydration with, will also be in action.

Paul was a late addition to the squad, which also includes the likes of grime star JME, KSI's former boxing opponent Joe Weller and Canadian streamer XQC. IShowSpeed will captain the YouTube Allstars team, with his involvement announced by Thierry Henry during an appearance on CBS' Champions League coverage.

"My football career, I'm still a developing player so obviously my game hasn't really steadily been upclining," Speed said on the show. "Sometimes I go through this decline but I pull myself back up."

Henry then interjected: "Before you feel like that, you've been chosen as the captain of the team. That's the present that they gave me to give you. Are you gonna stop or are you gonna play now that you're the captain?"

To which Speed responded: "Wait, the captain of the YouTube Allstars? Come on, put me on, man. I'm in, man, come on!" Mr Beast, Kai Cenat, Chris MD and Deji are also part of the YouTube Allstars, while BurntChip will be managing the team.

His podcasting partner Calfreezy, meanwhile, is set to manage Sidemen FC. The game will kick off at 3pm in front of a sellout 90,000 capacity crowd at Wembley.

For fans who want to watch the match but were unable to get a ticket, the event will be livestreamed on the Sidemen's YouTube channel with Munya Chawawa and Elz The Witch presenting. Spencer FC and Stephen Tries will provide commentary.
