Gary Neville has underlined his confidence ahead of England's semi-final with Argentina - before Roy Keane swiftly attempted to bring him back down to earth.
The Three Lions will face their old rivals in a competitive match for the first time since the World Cup in 2002. The two nations have a long history of meeting at major tournaments - with their games often courting controversy.
England have grown into the tournament and shown a blend of character and class to down Mexico in the last 16 and then Norway in the quarters, beating them in extra-time thanks to a Jude Bellingham strike. Argentina themselves have needed to dig deep to keep their World Cup hopes alive.
They needed extra-time to beat Cape Verde and Switzerland. Sandwiched in between that was a comeback for the ages as they scored three times in 15 minutes to down Egypt.
Neville's confidence is rising and he sees 2026 as a perfect opportunity for England as they prepare to take on an Argentina team that, many believe, have dropped off from the team that claimed World Cup glory four years ago, even if the do still have Lionel Messi pulling the strings.
He said on the Overlap: England havent reached a World Cup since 1966, and this is an unbelievable chance to win the World Cup. Its not a vintage Argentina, by any stretch its not as good as the Argentina side from four years ago, but its still got danger, of course, because theyve got Messi and an unbelievable spirit.
England are ultimately playing in only their fourth World Cup semi-final, but have continued to excel at major tournaments over the past eight years, even if they haven't gotten over the line.

Keane fears that Argentina, even if they are flawed, will have too much and find a way to end England's dream. The Irishman also admitted the other semi-final between Spain and France could well provide the winner.
Truthfully, I think theyll come up short against Argentina, he said. I think definitely against France. Spain might be different, get the job done [against Spain], but I think theres too much there. I think Argentina would just find something in a tight game.
