It's been over a week since Giovanna Fletcher was crowned Queen of the Castle.
The I'm A Celebrity campmates have all left their Welsh home after three gruelling weeks inside the haunted castle.
And now they are struggling to readjust themselves back to their normals lives after spending weeks being covered in snakes, bugs and rats while having rice and beans for every meal.
Some of this year's campmates are feeling the gruelling after-effects of being on the show as they've been struck down with castle "jet lag".
After getting home, many of the stars have found the late nights have thrown their sleep patterns completely out of whack and they're struggling to go to bed at normal times.
And viewers are desperate to know what they've been getting up to without being surrounded by cameras 24/7.
Here is a look at what the I'm A Celebrity stars have been doing since they left the castle.
Giovanna Fletcher was crowned the first ever Queen of the Castle - and its been a whirlwind week for the new royal.
Having spent weeks away from her family, Mumma G had an adorable reunion with husband Tom Fletcher and her boys Buddy, Buzz and Max.
n the emotional post Gi could be seen giving her three boys a huge cuddle in her hallway, which had been decorated with a stunning Christmas tree.
Before they hugged she had dropped her I'm A Celeb crown and sceptre, which lay on the ground behind them.
She wrote: "Mumma Gi here and I'm thrilled to say I'm home with my boys and Tom and soaking up all the kisses and cuddles I've missed.
"They've been extremely excited to talk to me about all the trials, wear my crown (they think they're now Princes and that we're moving into the castle), and then make me watch their new favourite show... @imacelebrity."
While Giovanna was catching up on some sleep on the sofa, cheeky Tom stole her crown and sceptre.
After his wifes victory, Tom got a new dinosaur tattoo in tribute to Gi and their kids.
Explaining the thoughtful meaning behind the inking, Tom wrote: "Ive wanted a dinosaur for a while so with tri obviously meaning three and us having three kids, a triceratops with its three horns felt right (plus Gis @imacelebrity number was 03 too!)."
Giovanna has finally sunk her teeth into a chocolate eclair after being denied by Kiosk Cledwyn and been baking with the kids.
Having proved a massive hit with the public, its believed Giovanna has been inundated with job offers.
ITV are rumoured to be lining Gi up as their next big star - with a possible 10 shows earning her up to 4 million.
The Queen of the Castle has already landed her first TV role, presenting The Toddler Club at Home on CBeebies in January.
The premise of the new show - inspired by the The Baby Club - will feature Mumma Gi and co-host Nigel Clark inviting toddlers to sing and dance along with them from their living rooms.
As a mum of three lively young boys, I'm all too aware of the challenges facing parents at home and the importance of parent to toddler contact and play," Giovanna said.
"While families are still unable to visit toddler groups in person, I'm hugely excited to share The Toddler Club At Home with everyone so that they can join in, in the comfort of their own homes.
Radio host Jordan North fell at the final hurdle and finished in an impressive second place.
And the BBC Radio 1 DJ has struggled to adjust to his newfound fame after getting out of the castle.
He joined a queue to get out of the toilets, only to discover the line was actually waiting to get a selfie with him.
"Its been a weird couple of days and I didn't realise how many people were watching," Jordan said on This Morning.
"On the way down on Sunday, we were going back down to London and I said to the driver 'can we stop at the service station?'
"And we pulled into the service station and I ran into the toilet. I went in one way and came out the other. And there was like a queue and a crowd so I joined the queue as I thought it was the queue to get out.
"And the girl next to me said: 'They're queuing for you'.
Jordan did get one nasty shock when he got home as he discovered he no longer had a sofa.
Posting a picture of himself sat in a camping chair, Jordan explained that his mate told his housemate he wanted it back while he was away.
But the seating arrangements are still more comfortable than what he was used to in the castle.
Jordan returned to his day job on BBC Radio 1 this week after taking more than a month off air.
He kicked off his first shift back by playing S Club 7 anthem Reach.
The song was played in camp during his stint on the ITV survival show as winner Giovanna Fletcher brought the CD as her luxury item.
Jordan also gave a gushing tribute to his campmates, declaring they will all be "friends forever" and gave a special shout out to Giovanna and his pal Beverley Callard.
He said: "There's only one song I can start the show with today...
"I'm dedicating this to 11 friends I recently made, I shared an experience with them that changed my life and I just know we will be friends forever.
"Congrats Mumma G, love ya Bev, love you all!"
It was also revealed that Jordan wasnt even supposed to be on the show.
He only got a spot at the very last minute when rapper Naughty Boy was forced to pull out.
"I was last minute," Burnley native Jordan explained to mate Greg James.
"I call to say 'Maybe next year not this year', and then I got a call two weeks later saying 'Do you wanna do it? Someone's dropped out.
"Then I had two days to do everything. Medical, photos, psychiatrists, 48 hours. It very nearly never happened."
TV presenter Vernon Kay was a hit with viewers and finished in third place.
Vernon couldnt see wife Tess Daly straight away as she was busy filming Strictly Come Dancing, so had to settle with watching her on the TV from his Welsh hotel room.
Having spent five weeks away from his family, Vernon was thrilled to be reunited with Tess and their daughter Phoebe and Amber.
Their daughters had even baked Vernon special I'm A Celebrity themed cookies to welcome him home.
Tess shared a lovely snap of the pair cuddling up together on the sofa with her Instagram followers.
Tess captioned the photo: "After almost 5 weeks away (2 and a half in isolation before going into the @imacelebrity Castle) it's so good to have him home.
"Now it's time to get that Christmas tree up...!"
Vernon was left struggling to eat after leaving the castle as his stomach had shrank down.
The TV star lost a whopping two-and-a-half stone in just three weeks and the lack of food had drained his energy.
"We were eating nothing but rice and beans. For the first two meals you're like, 'Yeah, we can do this', then you realise every meal is bloody rice and beans. It's awful. You're so drained, he said.
"The medic weighed us after the show and I've lost just over two and a half stone, and I haven't got two and a half stone to lose.
"So you're physically drained, you're emotionally drained because you're missing your family."
Tess revealed she was feeding him up on Instagram when she posted a photo of the homemade chicken soup she was serving her hubby.
EastEnders favourite Shane Richie narrowly missed out on the Im A Celeb final in a shock result.
Shane is getting straight back into work and will be returning to the hit West End show Everybodys Talking About Jamie in the new year.
Having previously been in the show in 2019 and on tour, Shane is set to reprise his role of Hugo/Loco Chanelle in the popular show.
Speaking about his return to the stage, Shane confessed he was excited to swap his castle gear for a pair of high heels.
"I cant wait to swap my castle walking boots for a pair of high heels and return to Everybodys Talking About Jamie as Hugo / Loco Chanelle in January," said Shane.
He added: "After 2020 we could all do with little bit of glitter in the grey and having been with Jamie both in the West End and on UK Tour its going to be a fabulous way to start the New Year."
Shane strongly denied claims of a feud with AJ Pritchard during the show, claiming it had been blown out of proportion.
The actor said they had great chats together in the castle and admitted he would be proud to have AJ as his son.
Shane made a surprise return to our screens on Friday as Prince Charming during the This Morning pantomime.
Shane gave a cheeky wink to the camera as he was revealed and asked Holly: "Hey, how you doing, Cinder, sweetheart?
"It's me, Shane Richie, but most people know me as Charming...yes, Prince Charming.
"Now I know I missed out on being crowned King of the Castle, don't wanna talk about it, so I thought I'd be Prince of the Panto instead!
"I must say though, I'm over the Alfie Moon to get the role!"
Shane has also shared his memories of the late great Dame Barbara Windsor, who he affectionately called The Duchess.
Babe husband Scott Mitchell sent a text to Shane before he went into the castle with a message from his close friend and former EastEnders co-star.
Speaking on The One Show, Shane said: Before they took our phones away in isolation I got a text from Scott saying, The Duchess sends her love. Just be yourself. That was one of the last messages before she passed away which I will keep forever.
Shane also became emotional and was unable to read out fans' recollections of meeting Barbara.
Olympic hero Mo Farah didnt manage to get on the podium this time.
He left just before the Celebrity Cyclone in a double elimination with AJ Pritchard.
Mo has been bitten by the reality TV bug now and wants to do more TV shows.
I am open to suggestions to other shows, I could do something crazy. Deep down I am that big kid, said Mo.
And he could put those acting lessons he got from Shane Richie to good use by going into soapland.
Asked about a possible cameo in EastEnders, he added: Shane used to make me sound like Phil Mitchell in there. If you want to see that maybe you will see me running around Albert Square.
I like EastEnders and I have watched it a lot over the years.
Mo isnt one to take it easy and has already been back in the gym with his wife.
It was clearly a bit of a struggle for Mo, who wrote: First gym session back..!!! Oh my days!!
AJ Pritchard waltzed out of the castle alongside Mo.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star then received the devastating news that his beloved grandmother had tragically passed away while he was in the castle.
AJ had known that his grandma was ill but had his grandparents blessing to go on the show and do them proud.
He told Lorraine Kelly that his family were strong as they grieved for the loss of his grandmother.
AJ was reunited with his girlfriend Abbie Quinnen and the pair havent been able to keep their hands off each other.
Abbie welcomed her beau home with a surprise makeover of their flat earlier this week which she had impressively decorated with balloons shaped like a castle and the critters he faced in the I'm A Celeb castle.
The loved-up pair have been seen packing on the PDA and smooching outside a petrol station while they nipped out to stock up on snacks for a romantic night in.
However, AJ and Abbie did appear to flout social distancing rules on a night out this weekend.
They enjoyed the company of his cousin and pals at Jako London, in High Street Kensington, which is under strict Tier 2 measures.
Later, it's said the group were spotted arriving separately around 11pm at a flat where AJ's cousin lives, despite not being allowed to mingle with other households indoors.
The Mirror has approached AJ Pritchard's representatives for further comment.
Former EastEnders star Jessica Plummer was swiftly reunited with her daughter after her castle exit.
After three weeks away, the soap actress finally got to hold her little angel Noa with a surprise visit to her school playground.
Noa was clueless her mum was about to appear out of nowhere, so she screamed when she saw her.
Jess picked her daughter up and spun her round while holding her tightly in the adorable clip which was shared on Instagram.
Jess wrote: "I knew going in the Castle was going to be a crazy experience and wow it certainly was!
Thrown completely out of my comfort zone and into a new environment with 11 strangers who went on to become my special little family. It's a journey that I will honestly cherish forever."
After thanking fans for their support, she added: "Now, after nearly 3 whole weeks away, I finally got to reunite with my little angel. Mummy's home.
Since leaving the castle, Jess has revealed the secret tactic she used to avoid a Myleene Klass shower moment.
Jess decided to get naked in the bathroom to make sure her bathroom scenes were not suitable to be shown on TV.
Thinking about how to make sure she was washed and clean, Jessica said: "I was like, Sod this, theyre not going to put my naked bottom on the show, Im just going to take it all off".
She said that it was "perfect, every time" she used the facilities as the cameras "just went zoom and they then turned away."
She also said there was a practical reason for stripping off despite it being cold winter days.
Jess added that as it was such a cold environment in the castle so where a swimming costume in the shower, with it "clinging on to you, it makes you feel colder."
The curtain came down on opera singer Russell Watson in a double eviction with Jess.
Russell has been back to the day job and publicising his new album 20, which includes Nesum Dorma, the song he wowed his campmates with in the castle.
The English tenor admitted that his pants were falling down after shedding so much weight while on rice and beans.
Russell revealed he lost almost 20 lbs in just over two weeks and was only eating about a fifth of his normal calorie intake.
"I had my leggings on most of the time and then I decided its probably right to put by red pants on after about a week," Russell explained.
"The thing is, once I put my red pants on they were falling down my backside.
"I've lost nearly 20 pounds in two weeks in there. The weight literally fell off me so I was quite pleased about that because I was a big unit when I went in there.
"I put my clothes on today and my pants are falling down. Had to stick like two belts on to keep them up.
Russell explained he was juggling a concoction of medicines while also struggling with a low calorie intake.
And he almost pulled out of his Rancid Rotisserie trial because it reminded him of being in an MRI scanner.
BBC broadcaster Victoria Derbyshire went out in the first double eviction of the series with Beverley Callard.
It was Victoria who let slip that the evictees had set up a WhatsApp group to stay in touch after leaving the castle.
Vic has been reunited with husband Mark, her boys and their dog Gracie who went crazy with joy for 20 minutes when she got back home.
The presenter has been back working on Radio 1 and interviewed Jordan Norths mum on air.
Victoria has also now released details of her secret messages with Jordan before they lived together for three weeks.
Viewers saw that the radio stars knew each other in the very first episode when it was revealed that Jordan used to be Vics tea boy.
The celebs arent supposed to tell anyone theyre going on the show or know for certain who will be joining them.
But Vic and Jordan had an illicit conversation on Instagram while they were in isolation for two weeks before heading inside the castle.
Victoria asked Jordan if he was on Im A Celeb, then told him she could not "confirm or deny" if she was.
She pointed out they were probably very close to each other as they isolated before heading into the castle.
Victoria then told him: "I bet we're even near each other RIGHT NOW!!!
"It's gonna be the biggest laugh EVER".
Posting a screenshot of the conversation, Victoria wrote alongside it: "Ha just remembered this - @jordannorth1 and me in quarantine in separate places in Wales skirting around the fact that we were both doing @imacelebrity."
Bev has been inundated with work offers since leaving the castle, which could be very bad news for Liz McDonald fans.
The soap star has revealed she is considering her options and may never return to Coronation Street.
Bev was written out of the soap before her planned dramatic exit after having a second hip operation and was due to return at some point for a big send off.
"Will I be going back to film a proper Corrie exit? Im not sure - it depends on the timing," she told The Sun last week.
"I have lots else in the pipeline and Im really looking forward to it."
Bev admitted she was cringing over her 'megash*g' nickname for husband Jon being aired.
"I cant believe they aired that," she admitted while chatting to Lorraine.
"I thought, they are quite bad words, so they will just edit that, and when Ant and Dec aired the clip of that last night, I wanted to die!"
Bev has been reunited with megash*g husband Mark and started putting up the Christmas decorations.
Shes also had a much-needed pamper afternoon, getting the full works of hair, nails, toes and lashes done.
It was a rather different experience to her last trip to the spa, which featured thousands of cockroaches crawling on top of her.
During her time on the show, Bev revealed that she was offered a free facelift before going into the castle.
"I've been offered a free facelift when I get out of here... and I have to tell you I'm going to bloody take it after this,"she exclaimed.
It remains to be seen whether Bev will take up the offer, but her housemates assured her she didn't need to.
West End star Ruthie Henshall was the second celebrity to be voted out of the castle.
Her most sensational moment on the show came when she revealed she had sex with Prince Edward in the Queen's residence.
"Buckingham Palace, you sang in the gardens, I shagged in the bedrooms," she whispered to Shane.
However, Ruthie confessed that she actually had no idea there were so many microphones in the castle and did not know it had been recorded.
"It is a long time ago, but there is a certain amount of it that you completely forget," he told Lorraine Kelly after leaving the castle.
"It was my first day in there, and I didn't know that there were microphones everywhere, I know this sounds like a silly thing to say, but I really didn't.
"So the fairly crass thing that I said at the beginning, I said to make Shane laugh, and I had no idea it would actually go out.
It's all Ruthie has been asked to talk about since leaving the castle - and she's admitted it could have big consequences.
Speaking on the I'm A Celeb spin-off show the Daily Drop, Ruthie admitted she doesn't think she'll be getting an OBE from the Royal Family after her X-rated comments about Prince Edward.
When she was asked if Prince Edward had watched the show she laughed: "I don't know, but I think my OBE's off the table now."
Ruthie also told us that she had been giving Hollie singing lessons along with Russell in the camp.
Speaking to The Mirror and other press, Ruthie revealed: "She was beautiful. I was saying to her she has got to find her own voice, her own sound.
"I think also Russell gave her a bit of a lesson, AJ [Pritchard] gave us a jive lesson, it was real fun in there at times."
Hollie Arnold MBE was the first celebrity to be booted out of the castle this year.
The Paralympic javelin champion was gutted that she was the first to go after receiving the fewest votes from the public.
"I am devastated, but one of us has to go, right? You have to be prepared, but honestly that was just the best experience I've ever had, I didn't want to leave," admitted Hollie.
Having been the first one out, Hollie set up a WhatsApp group for all the celebrities to join as they slowly entered the outside world.
And in a sweet nod to Jordan's trial coping mechanism, she named it 'Happy Place'.
Hollie left viewers squirming during the very first episode when she introduced herself with her full title with that infamous 'MBE' comment.
Addressing the backlash she received from fans of the show, Hollie told The Sun: "I don't know why they got so riled up.
"I don't like those comments but the real people know that I do not use MBE ever, ever!
"All I can say is I'm proud to have my MBE and it's such an honour.
"I won't let people like that get me down because that's who I am!"
Hollie also revealed she lost nearly a stone in weight after living on a diet of rice and beans for two weeks.
"I've currently lost nearly a stone so I'm actually really happy," she told presenter Vick Hope on The Daily Drop.
However the athlete, who has an incredibly toned physique, added: "I also kind of feel bad as I feel like I've lost a bit of muscle mass, too."
