Katie Price and Kerry Katona's children have revealed how their parents' fame impacted their career.

Princess and Junior Andre, 19 and 21, and Heidi Katona, 19, have grown up in the spotlight as the offspring of their reality TV star mums. Princess and Junior grew up in the height of Katie and ex-husband Peter Andre's fame, whilst Heidi is the daughter of Atomic Kitten star Kerry and her ex Mark Croft.

During a new chat on Princess' show, Princess Diaries, the trio discussed their similar backgrounds and how they struggled with fame and feeling cut off from their friends.

Discussing their unusual childhood, Junior explained: "There's not many kids like us though." Heidi added: "Do you ever feel a bit isolated? Like really different to your friends, like if your friends were asking what you're doing at the weekend and you drop something like oh they're shutting down Peppa Pig world for me and your friends are like huh?"

Princess admits that whilst they are lucky to get what they want, it was hard for them to grow up in the spotlight.

"We're very lucky and we've experienced so many amazing things, like we used to go to Universal Orlando quite a lot. I was like oh my god we've got these places to ourselves. We thought it was the norm," she said.

"It was a little bit difficult growing up because I couldn't be spontaneous and I couldn't do things that I fully wanted to do because social media and press can turn things to be different than how it is."

Speaking of how tough it was for her growing up, she now feels she has better "control" over her approach to fame. She said: "It was the fear of not wanting to risk anything. Then you get older and you start to realise it is my life and you take control like that."

Junior and girlfriend Jasmine sat alongside Princess and her pal Heidi during a trip to Monaco for the Princess Diaries. They had been invited to the city amid the Grand Prix and Junior's special performance on a yacht.

"I just wanted to do what everyone else was doing," Junior said, with Princess adding: "Like being able to go to a park till stupid times in the morning and get drunk." As Junior's girlfriend Jasmine explained she had got to do that as she lived out of the spotlight.

It was a sentiment shared by Heidi, who added that she missed out on her childhood over her mum's own fame. She said: "What if I just want to get really messy drunk with my friends like every other 19-year-old does."
