Netflix fans have issued an urgent plea as they were left "sobbing" just minutes in to a brand new BTS documentary.

BTS: The Return dropped on Netflix today (March 27), with the documentary film following the K-pop band members as they prepare for their long-awaited new album as well as rare behind-the-scenes access as the group makes their comeback.

It came just days after the release of an exclusive live-streamed concert from the K-pop group, marking the first time the seven-strong boyband performed live following a break from performing lasting nearly four years.

Now, as the documentary is released on the streaming platform, many fans have been left sobbing as they issued an urgent plea to others. After seeing the hardship the band endured during the making of the album, BTS fans are urging others to help get the album onto the charts.

A fifth echoed: "Watching them watching their old videos, they first performances, tearing up, cheering each other ... netflix, you did us bad!! like how do we recover from this?"
