Music supervisor Season Kent revealed to Tudum how the films most prominent track, Robyns Dancing On My Own, is not only an uplifting tune that will get viewers dancing, but it also perfectly serves the narrative as a tribute to Jills sister Isabelle.
The song becomes completely through Izzys point of view watching Jill from across the room, she explained.
Its heartbreaking and beautiful. It has the full package of a timeless song that you can feel in your soul.
The film also features an original score by Este Haim and Amanda Yamate, who used an incredible blend of piano, guitar, synth, and even their own voices to craft Voicemails for Isabelles unique sound.
