Rob Burrow CBE, the English professional rugby league player who spent his entire professional career with the Leeds Rhinos as a scrum-half.
Rob made nearly 500 appearances as well as representing Great Britain, England, and Yorkshire.

In December 2019, he was diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND).
Following his diagnosis, he raised awareness for MND with fellow player Kevin Sinfield, who himself
has run marathons in support of his friend, raising over 15m.
Rob Burrow died from MND on 2nd June 2024, aged 41
