[]Bruce Buchanan is the co-founder, CEO, and Chairperson of Rokt.
Prior to Rokt, Bruce held the role of Group CEO, Jetstar. Jetstar is the leading low fares airline in Asia with international and domestic operations in 16 countries across Asia-Pacific. During his time at Jetstar, Bruce was responsible for growing the team to more than 7000+, with revenue in excess of $3 billion. Bruce was instrumental in Jetstars Australian and global success, writing the original business case through to designing the worlds first long-haul low-cost model, Jetstar International. He was also the chief architect of Jetstars APAC pan-Asian strategy, building a successful business across Australia, New Zealand, China, Singapore, Vietnam and Japan.
The seed idea for Rokt grew from Bruces time working as CEO for Jetstar. Bruce identified that taking a consumer on a purchase journey with a personally relevant checkout experience presented a significant opportunity being underserved by the technology community, and so he set about building the solution. Prior to joining Jetstar, Bruce worked for The Boston Consulting Group for five years where he was regarded as one of the global leaders in their consumer practice area.
Bruce has a Civil Engineering Degree from The University of New South Wales, and a Master of Business Administration from The Australian Graduate School of Management and the Anderson School at UCLA.
Bruce currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and children and their dogs, Izzy and Milo.

[]As Chief Operating Officer, Bill Barton leads Rokts People, Legal and Security teams in support of our product development and go-to-market missions.
Bill Barton is a seasoned, hands-on product development executive with expertise spanning mobile advertising; multimedia communications; speech, audio and voice; IP and switched-network systems; mobile and wireless systems; web applications; interactive advertising; and algorithm development.
Before transitioning to part-time work in 2025, Bill served as Rokts Chief Product and Engineering Officer. Prior to Rokt, he was Vice President, Alexa Proactive Experience, at Amazon, where he spent the last 10 years building and leading teams that developed Alexas spoken language understanding and knowledge capabilities. His previous experience includes serving as Director of Product Development at NAVTEQ, Director of Product Development for Nokia Location & Commerce, Vice President of Engineering for Revolabs, Senior Vice President of Engineering for Unveil Technologies (acquired by Microsoft), and Vice President of Engineering at VoiceSignal Technologies. Barton holds a BA in Physics from Harvard University.

With three decades in technology, from the early days of Yahoo! to founding and selling Australias top digital agency to WPP, Elizabeth also serves on the board of the Vital Voices Global Partnership.

[]As General Counsel, Patrick leads Rokts legal team and advises senior leadership and the Board of Directors on all legal matters facing the company. He brings over a decade of legal experience to Rokt as well as the creative, problem-solving thinking of a former entrepreneur. Prior to joining Rokt in 2018, Patrick was co-founder and COO of an award-winning social enterprise based in New York. He cut his legal teeth at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Cohen & Gresser after serving clerkships in the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Patrick holds a J.D. from Fordham Law School and a B.A. from Williams College.

Laura partners with executive leaders at global giants like Macy's, Best Buy, and Fanatics to revolutionize how they engage customers during the checkout journey. By leveraging Rokts machine learning capabilities, she enables retailers to turn every transaction into a relevant, high-value interaction.
Prior to Rokt, Laura honed her strategic acumen in the broadcast media and investment sectors, building a foundation in media-for-equity and strategic brand positioning. She earned her Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney.

[]Simon Curran is a passionate leader with over 25 years of global experience in marketing, innovation, and leadership development. As Chief Development and Culture Officer at Rokt, Simon focuses on enhancing the companys leadership capabilities and expanding learning and development initiatives. He is a former founder, board director, and high-performance coach of the All Blacks Performance Labs, bringing his expertise in building high-performing teams and coaching to his role.
He co-founded and was the CEO of Bastion Shine, a creative consultancy based in Auckland, and also co-founded Propel Performance Group, a human capital and coaching firm. Simons career includes senior roles at Saatchi & Saatchi and Lion Nathan, where he developed his skills in strategic marketing and business transformation.
Outside of work, Simon is a dedicated husband and father of three daughters, channeling the same passion for growth and creativity into his family life.

Before joining Rokt, Cal worked in sales and client strategy at AppCard, Inc., and as a paralegal at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers. He holds Bachelor's degrees in Law and Commerce (Management) from Deakin University.

[]Sam Dozor is Chief Technology Officer at Rokt, where he leads the companys global technology strategy, engineering organization, and mParticle CDP infrastructure.
Sam joined mParticle as a founding engineer in 2014 and was instrumental in building the product from its earliest stages, scaling both the platform and the engineering team to support leading global brands. He has led across technology, product, and people development, and has brought his passion for building alongside clients and their developers to Rokt.
Prior to Rokt and mParticle, Sam led software development at Voxy, a web and mobile-based English learning platform. He began his career at Verivo Software, where he developed a passion for mobile technology while helping pioneer one of the first enterprise mobility platforms for cross-platform app development. He also held early engineering roles at EMC and VMware.
Sam holds a BS in Computer Science from Tufts University and lives in Chappaqua, NY, with his wife and three sons.

Ashley joined the company in 2014 to help establish Rokts US presence and grow the business globally. Rokt helps clients navigate the evolving marketing landscape and drive profitable and sustainable growth for their business by maximizing the value of every customer transaction.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from the University of South Florida. She is based out of New York City.
Managing Director, APAC
[]As Managing Director APAC, Stuart FitzRoy leads the team in APAC and partners with the Chief Product Officer to design, build and deploy Rokts products. Stuart joined Rokt in 2015.
He came to Rokt from The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was a Principal in the firms Sydney office. While there, Stuart worked with clients on technology projects across a range of sectors including travel and tourism, infrastructure and mining. He has expertise in digital technology, commercial strategy, distribution, sourcing and procurement.
In the middle of his tenure at BCG Stuart left to join Jetstar, the low fares airline serving the Asia-Pacific region. He was responsible for distribution and product management of the airlines technology platform for booking, payment and check-in. He returned to BCG after helping to grow the Jetstar Group from concept to $1 billion in revenue.
Stuart holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics & Finance as well as a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney.

[]Landon Fuhr is SVP, Product at Rokt, where he focuses on solving technical challenges in new product areas. Landon co-founded Aftersell alongside Dhruv Patel, Armon Shokravi, and Varun Kundra. Aftersell is an ecommerce software company that grew to support over 30,000 brands globally and was acquired by Rokt in 2024. Landon led the engineering of Aftersell, architecting the platform and scaling the technology through to its successful acquisition. Following the acquisition and integration, he took a sabbatical before returning to Rokt to tackle new technical problems across the business. Landon graduated from the University of Alberta with a degree in Physiology, complemented by self-directed study in software engineering.

[]As Chief Revenue Officer, Craig Galvin leads the strategy and execution for Rokts business development and strategic partnerships.Craig has made significant contributions to the digital industry as a pioneer, co-founding the white agency (now whiteGREY) and transforming it into one of Australias largest independent digital agencies. With an impressive client portfolio including Telstra, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Coca-Cola South Pacific, and more, Craig steered the agency through successful acquisition by STW (now WPP).Craigs talents extend into building businesses in emerging markets, as he led iflix SEA short form content division as Global Director, where he shifted focus to original local content.Upon his arrival in NYC, prior to joining Rokt, Craig became Chief of Staff for non-profit juggernaut Global Citizen where he played a pivotal role in expanding the organizations presence in Canada and India through strategic partnerships with Usher, ColdPlay, JayZ, and Hugh Jackman among others.

[]Jon Humphrey is the SVP of Operations & Advertising at Rokt. He has overall responsibility for Rokt Ads in addition to overseeing operations, solutions and partnerships. He is a key executive stakeholder for many of Rokts largest clients. Prior to joining Rokt, Jon spent 4 years at Wunderkind where he grew and scaled the Solutions team in the US & UK, working directly with many of the largest ecommerce brands globally. Jon began his career at Market Metrics, a boutique consulting firm focused on quantitative analysis on behalf of large financial institutions.
Jon holds a BSBA from Northeastern University, lives in Jersey City with his wife, son, and dog, and is an avid skier.
Chief Research Officer
[]Reuben Kan is a distinguished technology leader and full-stack engineer, currently serving as Chief Research Officer and Distinguished Engineer at Rokt, the leading ecommerce technology company using AI to make transactions more relevant for customers. Since joining Rokt in October 2022, Kan has been instrumental in scaling engineering and machine learning innovation, shaping the technical backbone of the companys core, high-performance products that power billions of global transactions. His work focuses on architecting systems for scale, optimizing performance, and defining the client-facing APIs and SDKs that drive Rokts growth and competitive edge. Prior to Rokt, Kan spent 15 years at Google, most recently as Principal Engineer and Engineering Director for Google Maps, where he led global teams and developed urban mobility features. He also helped bring Google Drive and Docs to mobile. Kan holds an MS in Information Technology from UNSW and a BS in Mechatronics and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.

[]Jason Lynn leads the product strategy and development for the companys customer data platform. With a strong background in product management and technology, Lynn plays a pivotal role in shaping mParticles product offerings to meet the evolving needs of businesses in the digital age.
Prior to joining Rokt, Lynn was a co-founder of mParticle and has held senior product roles at AppNexus, Yahoo!, and interclick. He has extensive experience in data, analytics, and internet technologies. Additionally, Lynn has focused on privacy and consumer protection, having served on the NAI Board and as a privacy officer multiple times.
Lynn graduated from Duke University with a degree in Public Policy and is based in New York.

[]As Chief Security Officer, Prashanth leads Rokt's strategy and execution in all areas relating to Security and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance). Prior to joining Rokt, Prashanth was Deputy CISO at American Family Insurance, and prior to that had a 16-year career with the FBI, culminating in being Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the Counterintelligence Cyber Division in the New York Field Office.

[]Dhruv Patel is the Chief Product Officer at Rokt and Co-Founder of Aftersell, an ecommerce software company specializing in post-purchase upselling solutions for merchants. Established in 2020, Patel and his co-founders, Armon Shokravi, Varun Kundra, and Landon Fuhr, created Aftersell to help independent ecommerce merchants compete on a global scale. Under their leadership, Aftersell has developed software solutions trusted by over 30,000 of the world's leading brands.
Patel's entrepreneurial journey reached a significant milestone in February 2024 when Aftersell was acquired by Rokt, a global leader in ecommerce technology. While the exact valuation of the deal was not disclosed, it involved a combination of cash and equity. This acquisition not only validated the success of Aftersell but also positioned the company for further growth and innovation within the ecommerce technology sector.
Throughout his career, Patel has demonstrated a strong commitment to leveraging technology to solve business challenges, particularly in the ecommerce space. His work with Aftersell has contributed to strengthening Canadas economy by supporting small businesses and driving innovation in the tech industry.

[]As Chief Financial Officer, Jacqui Purcell leads Rokts financial strategy and operations.
Prior to joining Rokt, Jacqui served as CFO of two of Australias leading SaaS businesses, Culture Amp and Deputy. In these roles, Jacqui oversaw the finance, strategy and operations functions. Jacqui is a people-centric finance leader and is passionate about building and scaling high-growth technology businesses. Before becoming a CFO, Jacqui was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanleys Mergers and Acquisitions team in New York, where she advised on transactions of all shapes and sizes predominantly in the technology, healthcare, and media industries. Jacqui is also an Operating Partner at TDM Growth Partners.

Southey spent a decade as head of tech development at Foxtel before heading to the UK to work for Amazon, initially at Prime before a couple of years at AWS, rising to global technical lead (media & entertainment), before heading to Google in 2022 as head of customer engineering in California.
She has an MBA and Masters of Data Science and took part in Yale Universitys Women in Leadership program.

Bruce was instrumental in Jetstars Australian and global success, writing the original business case through to designing the worlds first long-haul low-cost model, Jetstar International. He was also the chief architect of Jetstars APAC pan-Asian strategy, building a successful business across Australia, New Zealand, China, Singapore, Vietnam and Japan.
The seed idea for Rokt grew from Bruces time working as CEO for Jetstar. Bruce identified that taking a consumer on a purchase journey with a personally relevant checkout experience presented a significant opportunity being underserved by the technology community, and so he set about building the solution. Prior to joining Jetstar, Bruce worked for The Boston Consulting Group for five years where he was regarded as one of the global leaders in their consumer practice area.
Bruce has a Civil Engineering Degree from The University of New South Wales, and a Master of Business Administration from The Australian Graduate School of Management and the Anderson School at UCLA.
