A mystery admirer found himself on the wrong end of a witty comeback from Olivia Attwood during the latest episode of her ITV2 series, The Price of Perfection, after apparently casting an admiring glance at the presenter while she was mid-broadcast.

A teaser for the episode reveals: "With so many techniques and brands offering to slice and sculpt our face, Olivia looks at the options the under fifties are looking at.

"At just 28, TOWIE's Dani Imbert has a brow lift but is left unhappy with the results. Newly single Sophie tries a thread lift for a 'snatched' look. Amy, exhausted by the cost of facial maintenance having spent 150,000 on fillers, opts for a short scar mini facelift, a procedure with mixed online reviews."

The former Love Island star, 35, was filming at a clinic for the newest instalment of her hit series, which aired on Tuesday (August 18) evening, when the cheeky encounter unfolded.

While describing a face and neck lift procedure to viewers, a man with his identity hidden walked past and appeared to linger his gaze on Olivia.

Catching his stare, the presenter swivelled back to face the camera and playfully said: "In your dreams, do you know what I mean?"

She then offered a telling insight into life since her marriage ended, adding: "That's honestly what it's been like since I took my wedding ring off. It's actually, it's just like let me [live]."

Olivia was wed to footballer Bradley Dack for just over two years before the pair split in January.

She has since moved on with fellow reality television personality Pete Wicks, with the couple going public with their relationship in July, reports the Mirror.

The flirty interruption aside, the episode itself was a deep dive into the world of face lifts, tracking Olivia's journey across London as she investigated cosmetic procedures increasingly popular among younger women.

Series 3 of The Price of Perfection is currently available on ITVX, you can find a cameo from TOWIE star Dani in the third episode.
