Growing up in a family of circus performers, I was constantly surrounded by the incredible things the human body is capable of. I witnessed generations of my family push their physical limitstraining, strengthening, and evolving to reach new heights.

But at the age of nine, I was faced with a very different reality: the impact of serious, lasting injury. My father suffered a devastating fall from the height of a four-story building during a performance. Though he landed on his feet, he shattered his foot, broke his back and ribs, and suffered a collapsed lung. He spent thirteen days in the ICU and left the hospital in a wheelchair. I vividly remember waking up to him on the sofa each morning and going to bed with him still there each night.

His resilienceand his determination to seek out people who could help him healis the reason hes able to walk today. That experience shaped my path. Ive dedicated my career to becoming that person for others: someone who helps guide clients toward healing, recovery, and a life with less painwhether that means pain-free living or managing pain to regain a sense of freedom and movement.
