Murderer Frank McCann should remain locked up, says victims sister
Evil McCann murdered his wife Esther and their 18-month-old foster daughter Jessica when he deliberately set their Rathfarnham home ablaze in September 1992. McCann – a close pal of swimming coach sex offenders George Gibney and Derry ORourke – was found guilty and eventually caged for life in 1996 and is serving out two consecutive life sentences in Arbour Hill prison. Marian Leonard, Esthers sister, believes he should remain in prison for the rest of his life
