  1. Build the organization front page and org-wide defaults 

    - profile/README.md: the ATR-Lab front page with the lab's formal
  one-liner, a "Start here" grid to the four docs repositories, current
  projects (public repositories only) and verified channels
- default CONTRIBUTING, CODE_OF_CONDUCT (draft), SECURITY and SUPPORT
  files, issue forms (bug, feature, docs fix) and a pull request
  template for every ATR-Lab repository without its own
- AGENTS.md: the organization map (which repository answers which
  question) for coding agents; CLAUDE.md imports it
- brand header, social preview and icons from the ATR Lab design skill
- docs CI (markdownlint, lychee) and MIT license
