Describe the bug
The Deploy Documentation workflow (deploy_docs.yaml) is not triggering when a PR is merged.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new PR.
  2. Merge the PR after tests pass, including the Test Documentation check.
  3. The Deploy Documentation workflow will not trigger.

Expected behavior
When a PR is merged into the main branch, documentation should be rebuilt.
