Summary

When using meta/muse-spark-1.3-contributor from South Korea, every request fails with a 403 geographic restriction error. This prevents me from using the Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor model.

Expected Behavior

meta/muse-spark-1.3-contributor should work normally in South Korea, since South Korea does not appear to be listed as a restricted region for this model in the published Command Code documentation.

Actual Behavior

Any request sent to meta/muse-spark-1.3-contributor returns a 403 error stating that the model is not available in my region under Meta's Geographic Use Policy.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Launch Command Code from South Korea.

Run /model.

Select meta/muse-spark-1.3-contributor.

Send any prompt.

The request fails with a 403 geographic restriction error.
