The flow when contributing to DotSpatial is as follows:

First, search the issue tracker to see if the bug is already there. Please use the discussion forums if you are unsure whether it is a bug in the library or a problem in your code. When you are sure, please add defects in the issue tracker.
Please use markdown to format your code blocks with syntax highlighting to make it easier for everyone to read.
