Feature description

Current Behavior:
Tapping the item in any area toggles the "done" state (checkbox behavior).

Proposed Changes:
Tapping the text should open the Item Edit tab.
Tapping the checkbox should mark the item as done.

Why do you want this feature?

You don’t always want to just mark the item as done. It’s fewer steps to tap on the text area instead of holding the item and then choosing the edit button.
