create_task no longer calls set_name #664
Description
I opened this bug a few days ago: python/cpython#132593
Based on the answers, I believe the behavior will remain the same. Therefore, test test_set_task_name will need to change.

#662 should've addressed this issue for Python 3.13.3 and later.
