1. Copy MW5.TemplatePlugin.zip to <userdir>\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\Templates\ProjectTemplates\
2. Start Visual Studio
3. Create new project, search for MW5 or look in the Visual C# node.
Make sure to save your project in <>\src\Plugins\
4. Open the AssemblyInfo and change the metadata as you wish.
