Problem

The sidebar "Search ⌘K" opens the global command palette, which indexes repos, agents, sandboxes and a static navigation list. It does not index Control sessions and the navigation list does not contain /control. Searching for a session by title returns nothing.

Where

• components/control/session-list.tsx:319-327 opens the palette.
• components/command-palette.tsx:62-81 (NAVIGATION_ITEMS and the indexed sources).

Fix

1. Add Control to NAVIGATION_ITEMS pointing at the scoped /control href.
2. Add a "Sessions" group sourced from the same session list the sidebar uses (useControlSessions or its store). Selecting one navigates to /control?mission=<id>.

Exit criteria

• Playwright spec (extend the existing command palette spec under tests/e2e/ if there is one, else create tests/e2e/command-palette-control.spec.ts): press ⌘K, type a session title, assert it appears under Sessions, press Enter, assert the URL contains ?mission=.
• Manual: press ⌘K on any dashboard page, type "Control", press Enter, land on /control.
• pnpm lint, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test pass.
