Describe the bug
Component builder does not support codeFile / cssFile / import with bundle workflow -- discovered in xml declaration tests here: https://github.com/NativeScript/NativeScript/blob/bundle-workflow/tests/app/xml-declaration/xml-declaration-tests.ts

Expected behavior
Component builder should support those features.
