  4. Actualiza a net10 y usa ApplyConfiguration en lugar de Entity 

    - Se actualiza el TargetFramework a net10.0 y se añade FileVersion 1.0.4 en el archivo .csproj.
- En Program.cs, se reemplaza la generación de llamadas a Entity<T>() por modelBuilder.ApplyConfiguration(new XxxConfig()), alineando el código con las mejores prácticas de configuración explícita en EF Core.
