Launching without cooldown dependency cause minecraft crash with java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/mairwunnx/projectessentials/cooldown/essentials/CommandsAliases exception message.

Crash report log: crash-2020-02-09_23.00.15-server.txt

Will fixed in next versions.
